  • IF I AM GETTING LASER HAIR REMOVAL I CAN CONSUME HAIR&NAILS

    If you are undergoing laser hair removal, you can consume our gummies following the recommended dose indicated on the bottle.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I TAKE MORE GUMMIES THAN RECOMMENDED?

    In our Sleep gummies, it can cause the opposite effect and interrupt sleep. With our Anti-Stress gummies it can give you a big drop in tension. With Radiant Skin and Hair&Nails gummies it can give you bad digestion and with Preve-grip gummies it can give you a bad stomach. We do not recommend consuming more than the recommended dose indicated on the bottle.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I STOP TAKING IT ONE DAY

    It's okay if you don't take the gummies one day. Continue with the recommended dose the next day without doubling the dose.
